Congratulations! You’ve made a wonderful decision to be part of an amazing group of people dedicated to fighting hunger through neighbors helping neighbors. Thank you for stepping up to take on this important and critical role in your community.
The Process
Our team is here to get you started and support you every step of the way. The onboarding process starts with a 45-minute call where we will:
Review the chapter leader handbook
Discuss all things digital (Canva, your website, Get Involved Form, Monthly Collection Report)
Learn more about your community
Talk about selecting your local food pantry
The Checklist
Once you've had your onboarding call and reviewed the materials you've been provided, please make sure you have done the following to finalize your onboarding process:
Signed into your PORCH email account
Accessed the Chapter Shared Folder Google drive
Visited your Chapter website on PORCHcommunities.org
Received your PORCH signs, t-shirts, tote bags, car magnets, and postcards
Have the ability to establish social media channels and presence
Reviewed the Brand Guide - see link in navigation bar to the left
