Hillsborough
The mission of PORCH Hillsborough (PH) is to fight hunger in northern Orange County, North Carolina, by mobilizing neighbors, building community, and providing fresh, healthy food. Our simple, sustainable programs include food drives to support local pantries, produce distributions to at-risk families, mobile food distributions within underserved communities, and the purchase of healthy snacks for hungry kids in our schools.
In 2024, with over 6,500 volunteer hours, we were responsible for distributing over $625,000 in food in Orange County.
